So I feel silly posting this buts its been 3 days and my penis is still huge? So to start off I not sure why I bought one but, I went out and bought a penis punp. To my understanding there are two potential issues, I am sure there is more, but generally, nitric oxide is what helps pump blood into the pelvic area, and if it has nothing to do with that, then it's a circulation issue, which sounds to me to be probable.
