Anyways, Ask, you'll notice the photos of those terrorists are old, as in, there is no new footage coming out which might reveal their current health status, so you can bet that whatever you are imagining, is way worse, and trust me, everyone inside the compounds probably doesn't give a fuck regarding what you think.
