Methelyene Blue tea is fairly normal with me these past couple weeks.

Some cortisol nasal spray brain steroids. Sparingly. Stuff causes rages.

I've dropped the valproic acid, and am now going head long into a few weeks/months of some nutritional supplement therapy.

Cooking up some lamb kidneys this morning, figure I'll sprinkle the stuff with milk thistle.

and here i thought inspiritus was xena because of the wild off based guesses at socks at pf (sorry xena, but you tend to take a wrong turn). haha! but i suppose xena was just jabberwocky. ;)
