The reason why I though Casey was not guilty, was because there was simply not enough evidence to suggest that she wilfully and knowingly murdered her daughter. Everything just seemed very sketchy from day one. I have my own theory on what happened, but I won't go into the details.
Was Casey a bad mom? Most definitely. Did Caylee die as a result of an accident that could have probably been prevented? Most likely. Did Casey intentionally kill Caylee? Probably not.
