That happens to me all the time, but all I do is force my eyes back into focus.

I don't understand why you need a doctor.

The only thing I've ever taken for eye health, that seemed to work is lutein. I have no idea what your problem is though. That's probably more for nerve health than anything. Unsure exactly.

If you think it is a muscle issue, my guess is trying to find some ginko leaf, in caps or tea or whatever. So long as you aren't in risk of a stroke from being extremely high strung with high blood pressure, and like 70+.

It will basically push more blood/oxygen through your brain with better circulation. I thought it helped with being more alert and aware, but it could probably be good for eye sight as well. I think I may have remembered it being mildly beneficial.

Ginkgo been tried for eye problems including glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, and age-related macular degeneration (AMD).

I think it can be contributed to eye strain or "monitor fatigue" - likely you'll be told to spend less time on the computer / take regular breaks.

I experience this phenomena lately, where I focus on a region of text or image on my screen, then a less bright copy of the object I am focusing on becomes visible on top of the said object. I'm visiting an ophthalmologist tomorrow but any ideas / similar experiences / advice? Thanks in advance.
