I really hope these burgers have addictive qualities when they're done developing them, then they take them off the market at the height of their popularity. Having the masses left craving human flesh sounds like a marvelously dark prank that could get comically out of hand.

I can't remember if they describe the taste in the book "Alive", where they crash into the mountains and cannibalize each other.

Anyways, The Jews won't eat pork, the Rastafarians will not eat pork, and for sure other societies wouldn't eat pork or wild boar.

Could be taste, pigs have very erie gazes. They aren't like horses, or goats, they look at you like a human does with similar intelligence for lacks of better terms.

Pigs especially wild ones carry worms, so... that could be why religions wont eat the stuff...

I'll never find it, but a few people who claim to have eaten human claim it tastes like pork as well...
