Not really.... but I guess, sure... sometimes...
I believe the human species as a whole has a tendency to want to protect the herd. However, there are most certainly periods of rejection which lead one down a vengeful path...

It is fairly rare to find someone who is dangerous without just cause. Only my opinion. I mean, if you've ever heard a pedophile who has a tendency to violently hurt small children, they know there is something wrong with them, but they are the exception if you ask me.
