Sure. They can investigate me all they want, but you're forgetting that we live in entirely separate countries. Until I actually enter the US, before he's murdered, they'll have no reason to suspect me.
I'm certainly not going to hire someone else to do it for me. The whole point of even wanting to do it is for the challenge.
Okay, firstly, you've clearly never taken a life before. If you had, you'd know how easy it is. Your first sentence tells me that you've never experienced a kill. That's okay - most people haven't, and probably shouldn't. However, the fact that you clearly want us to believe that you have is suggestive of something you've already attested to: schizoid personality disorder. You just can't get out of that fantasy world of yours, can you? You can ask anyone who's ever taken a life: they either already know that they're prepared to take the risk of being caught before they commit the act or they have absolutely no insight into the possibility at all (and the latter are usually caught pretty quickly). There's no pre-contemplative or contemplative stages for the latter group: they kill impulsively. The former put time and effort into their plans. Sometimes they get caught; sometimes they don't.
And actually, the US government could investigate you and they could charge you for the murder of one of their citizens without you entering their country. But you're right on one count - no one believes that you're actually going to kill TheSocio, so even if anyone here knows of his true identity and even if he one day does go AWOL, I doubt that anyone will try to rat you out. Also, the probability of you getting into North America strikes me as unlikely. I suspect that you have a minor criminal record - possession of a controlled substance, one or two counts, most likely; something that wouldn't get you ejected from any other country but the USA, but you won't be able to get through Customs at any North American airport.
