Do you think they form better or worse relationships than normal contact? Why?
I think it depends on the couple and whether or not they have trust issues.
It's easier to cheat on your partner in long distance relationships or them cheat on you.
The benefit of long distance relationships is that it allows for more communication without physical distractions. A lot of relationship breakdowns are partly due to lack of communication.
Talking to each other, sharing issues and concerns and compromising with each other if necessary is important to keep a relationship healthy and stable.
Would you ever be able to be in one, and stay faithful? For how long? Why/why not?
Would I remain faithful? I doubt it. I like sex too much to remain faithful to someone I can't fuck.
If you were in one, how would you cope? Distractions? Being over-protective? Etc..
I'd cope well enough if, for some reason, I was in one. There would have to be some benefit in it for me to want to stay in one though.
