Was referring to the OP who thinks he's a psychopath. He's actually a narcissist, who wants to believe he's invulnerable and superior, because he feels vulnerable and inferior. It's pretty sad actually.
Oh.
Most of us are narcissists at one point or another in our lives. It's a very loose all encompassing category.
They are the norm, if you ask me.
Hmmmnnn... maybe not. I think I've just ran into a few, so many times, I consider normal.

a. Identity: Excessive reference to others for self-definition and self-esteem regulation; exaggerated self-appraisal may be inflated or deflated, or vacillate between extremes; emotional regulation mirrors fluctuations in self-esteem.
b. Self-direction: Goal-setting is based on gaining approval from others; personal standards are unreasonably high in order to see oneself as exceptional, or too low based on a sense of entitlement; often unaware of own motivations.
a. Empathy: Impaired ability to recognize or identify with the feelings and needs of others; excessively attuned to reactions of others, but only if perceived as relevant to self; over- or underestimate of own effect on others.
b. Intimacy: Relationships largely superficial and exist to serve self-esteem regulation; mutuality constrained by little genuine interest in others' experiences and predominance of a need for personal gain
Antagonism, characterized by:
a. Grandiosity: Feelings of entitlement, either overt or covert; self-centeredness; firmly holding to the belief that one is better than others; condescending toward others.
b. Attention seeking: Excessive attempts to attract and be the focus of the attention of others; admiration seeking.
I find the dangerous ones are the ones who take extreme personal offense to even small things. (and don't let you know about it)

I'm trying to cleanse people of the Ego and it's negative impact on humanity.
I think you might be telling a few porkies there. Your ego seems to be doing just dandy.
You do come across like a school yard bullys bitch though.

Ego doesn't exist, it's simply an illusion. It's the self, it's what you refer to when you say "I". It's the ego talking about itself.
You may think that some are against you. Yet, those who are most at your side, are the very same ones you think are the most against you, and the most arrogant looking down upon you.
Put another way, you can't save the world, you can only save yourself. What you want out of the world, you may or may not be able to get. Ultimately, the only perception or life you really can absolutely control, is your own. Then be in wait for those who want to be lead by you, to be lead by you. Otherwise, you'll just be wasting your time and your energy.
