my gymnastic teacher once told me a secret of how to control ur weight
when u eat more than u consume u will gain weight
when u consume more than u eat u will lose it
it might sound simple but just check out pictures of famine or jews in nazi camps no overweight people there
contrast with pics of really obese people and their diets losing & gaining weight really is that simple
That's what I thought until I started eating high fat, calorie packed natural foods.
I started to lose weight even when eating way more than I normally do. I think I was "lubing" up my system.
Many people on keto diets claim losing weight and perhaps there is come correction to an underlaying lymphedema issue?
Let's look at things this way. The more stuff you push through a filter (your body), the more it will clog, depending on the type being pushed through.
Take a big cushion of foam, and push oil or water through it. It will go through. Now try pushing some dough, or petroleum jelly through it. It's probably going to be a lot slower.
Eat shit food while on a vasodilator? Big mistake.
Eat lots of "lube" while on a vasodilator? Hmmmmnnn...
I'm not saying this article means anything in context to this thread, I just cannot decipher the perfect diet at this moment in time.

European countries like Norway, Finland, France and Austria all have banned at least one variation of petroleum-containing food coloring.
Another common additive banned in other countries but allowed in the U.S. is Olestra, which essentially is a fat substitute found in products that traditionally have actual fat.
For example, low-fat potato chips like Ruffles Lite, Lays Wow and Pringles fat-free chips all contain Olestra - which is shown to cause the depletion of fat-soluble vitamins. Different brands of fat-free ice cream and mayonnaise at one time also contain the chemical.
Olestra has been banned in several countries, including the United Kingdom and Canada.
In 2003, the FDA lifted a requirement forcing companies that use Olestra in their products to include a label warning consumers that the food their eating could cause 'cramps and diarrhea,' despite the fact that the agency received more than 20,000 reports of gastrointestinal complaints among olestra eaters.
Fuck guys, whatever you do, do not eat this shit.
Other products made from bromine: chemicals used to keep carpets from catching on fire and for disinfecting swimming pools.
Other food products made from brominated vegetable oil include New York brand flatbreads, bagel chips, Baja Burrito wraps and other bread products.
