I don't know about ADHD. Maybe. The closest I can come to describing it would be anxiety.  My anger usually stems from my anxiety I guess

What do you mean mood? Anger? I don't know... I've never tried to battle anger. Are you ADHD, or more along the lines of OCD, or are you just unipolar depressed, one step away from drooling on the floor sort of thing?

If you are simply trying to calm down, kava kava is something people love as a sort of relaxing drink. And they say there are cumulative effects.

If you are more concerned about instability with moods, because of depression, a tianetipine might be worth it, but it really depends on what you mean by "mood".

Anyways, you will know you have effective kava kava, if the substance makes your lips go numb. There are instances of liver poisoning happening with people, due to inferior vendors using the wrong part of the plant. I can remember if its the stem or the leaves that you want, but finding a vendor that knows which part is in use, with powder than has tactile lip numbing effects is what you want.

Tianetipine is a salt which is an alternative to SSRIs and it works on the amygdala, and has various therapeutic applications, mostly to do with stabilizing focus and mood.

If you have a history of hard core alcoholism, I'd say give piracetam a go, and stick to low doses, and see if you like. You will probably notice some of your memory come back. Only my opinion. Take it alongside a choline source. It has mild anti-convulsant effects, promots blood circulation in the brain and kidneys, and is said to clear out lipfoscusan that is in the brain, built up from alcohol abuse.

Multi-B vitmans are god send as well, but they will speed up your brains metabolism in some regards so you need to eat balanced, wholesome and healthy for that to be effective.

If you are angry and moody because you have anxiety. There is a paper out there that says high dosing inositol is effective. Inositol is a sugar in our blood produced by the kidneys. I think that's accurate, it may not be.

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/24424706

Our results suggest that inositol may be beneficial for depressed patients, especially those with PMDD. The main limitation of this report is that a small number of studies were included in this meta-analysis.

Bee pollen all around is natures best multi vitamins, or one of the best, but it is not pure. It has the potential to cause allergic reactions. So if that is an issue with you, then yeah, don't. In other words, don't get it from a beehive that resides next to a steel town, etc...

If you are bi-polar. Lithium is a god send. A short run on that stuff is worth it. It increases brain matter volume. New discovery as a few years ago, and it used to be 7-up, and natural healing springs and turn of the 19th century bottled waters. However, it has its side effects with long term use. People don't say the metal builds up in the system and side effect information is scant, but it is genuinely a healing substance. It may keep you low energy while on heavy prescription regimes (carbonate), but there is also OTC orotate which I am contemplating buying. The low energy effect, or somnolence goes away after discontinuation however.

http://newsroom.ucla.edu/releases/Lithium-Builds-Gray-Matter-in-Bipolar-7842

Neuroscientistsat UCLA have shown that lithium, long the standard treatment for bipolardisorder, increases the amount of gray matter in the brains of patients withthe illness.

Whenthe researchers compared the brains of bipolar patients on lithium with thoseof people without the disorder and those of bipolar patients not on lithium, they found that the volume of gray matter in the brains of those on lithium wasas much as 15 percent higher in areas that are critical for attention andcontrolling emotions.

4 weeks is enough to improve grey matter volume. Long term use has a ton of really bad side effects. The FDA banned the substance sometime in the 60s or 70s, but it's made a big comeback.

Anyways, for my own records, the stock I've never really touched on my shelf may be put to good use. I've eaten the vaproic acid alongside the piracetam in hope that it potentiates the effect with some neuro-protection and plasticity alongside. Seemed really heavy the effect and I felt pricks or dots of coolness on my arms.

I've also added some DMAE into the mix as an additional precursor to acetyl-choline, and taken some l-Argentine, which is said to reduce effectiveness of valproic acid, but is also claimed to be an anti-convulsant.

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21999730

On the other hand, NG-nitro-L-arginine, was anticonvulsant in nicotine-, glutamate-, and hyperbaric O2- evoked seizures, and proconvulsant in pilocarpine-, kainate-, bicuculline-, aminophylline-, and 4-aminopyridine-induced convulsions.

I will not be touching L-Glutamate, as it seems that may be a candidate root of my problem, seeing as carbs such as rice seems to increase my seizures.

I now feel oddly full of normal every day energy, and besides a strange pressure on my head, and slight burning irritation on my face around my nose, behind my ears, and such, I feel great.

Oh, and I added in Beta Alanine...

http://www.hindawi.com/journals/jaa/2013/429847/

Previously, we have identified β-alanine as a potential endogenous anticonvulsant molecule. β-Alanine occurs within the human central nervous system and has been identified as both an inhibitory neuromodulator and neurotransmitter that is bioavailable to brain after oral administration.

I don't know why, but the very first time I did valproic acid, I was itchy like crazy. That doesn't seem to happen anymore.

Look at this... The French obviously know something everyone else doesn't...

Hmmmnnn... tianetepine might be worth it.

Inositol is another one...

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/24424706

I'd try looking into "super foods", as a natural supplement. There are lots out there, just don't over pay. Alot of people will take exotic food that doesn't cost that much, and break it into tiny little pills that are expensive and useless.

Anyways, I think is my problem... just posting for reference later... e-juice vendors that have inferior product. Only a guess. It's been over 3 weeks and the seizures are not really letting up that much, so... I dunno...

Too Much Nicotine Causes Over-excretion Of Acetylcholine, Overloading The Human Body With Neurotransmitters That Cannot Process Properly, Leading To Seizure.

I don't know if it is true...

Makes sense... without acetylcholine my kidneys would start to to seize up.

http://hyper.ahajournals.org/content/38/3/625.full.pdf

Acetylcholine is a potent short-acting renal vasodilator that can be useful to assess the response of the renal microcirculation

Without dilation, they couldn't filter things like sodium or potassium leading buildups in my blood stream, and so on...

She wants in your pants, WhoAmI.

 Noooo, don't say that....

From the other side of the world, I can hear a great thudding sound as Thrill throws down the KFC bucket and plods across the room, retrieving her ski mask from the laundry basket and knife from the kitchen draw, muttering something about coming after me.

Really?

I itch like crazy on the stuff. Surprisingly I was having more vivid dreams prior to my seizures, which I guess I could have recognized as a chemical imbalance, but my dreams are currently non-existant.

I have gone back to normal cigarettes though. First time in a few months.

Now I really want some KFC. Thanks.
