I used to use it to help myself sleep back in college. Nothing else has even come close for succeeding at combating my insomnia.
Pre-Zinc when I first tried it, it was the first time that my head stopped being in overdrive and compacted itself into one coherent voice. I had a strange desire to do homework and it allowed me to find more humor from life, both very strange things to come from me. As I tried it more often the feel-good vibes eventually balanced out, making it able to just be used as a sleep assistant, a flavor enhancer, and a way to watch a movie or look at art without cynically analyzing it to death.
I kind of miss it, the lack of hangover symptoms made it much nicer than any other sleep resources I've tried.
