Rulers, film stars, military, etc, I don't know about rich CEOs personally. lol
But, what do you find repugnant?
Rape, murder, incest between non-consenting adult, torture, stealing from people with less than you whether it be as a government official or individual.
Most wars, blatant lying and abuse against anyone.
Robin Hood had the right idea, IMHO.
I see nothing I do as immoral or wrong, and what others do is not my concern.
With that said though, if someone did something to me that had a negative impact on my life, then I would consider it wrong because it goes against my desire for self-preservation. I think that's just natural though. It has nothing to do with morality in general and more to do with instinct. We all have a natural instinct to protect ourselves and what is ours.
