You should start a thread on the subject so everyone can prove their achievements. After all, why just focus on mine.
Why just focus on yours? Because you claimed to have achieved in your situation. When questioned, all you could do was suggest that a 41 year old is bound to have achieved something, then proceeded to whine about how no one will ever take you seriously "so why even try" like some sort of victim. Proof will only make you a victim when your claims are false, while it stands to put others in their place when they're true.
Also, it's because if you could post a list of achievements, you'll have successfully stood your ground against this post. A topic with everyone posting their achievements would simply aim to draw attention away from this, which I'm sure you'd prefer, but it'd not actually give that matter any closure and show him to be in the right when compared to you.
With good enough arguments, you could put accusations like his in their place. Without it you're just taking his assault and protecting yourself with nothing substantial. You show that you care enough to respond, but do nothing to make others see that as anything but a reaction they can spur out of you to laugh about. With credibility there's far less for them to work with, and the reruns have far more of a potential of stopping.
Even if the achievements appear to be fake, you could at least make enough of them credible to leave people wondering. It may be proof that demands further proof, but after a point it becomes harder to cast doubt.

It'd be the greatest honor to be that if I had any way to prove it to be the case. Beyond that it'd be me allowing myself to believe in delusions.

It's more likely that they believe you believe it, not that they believe it themselves.
