I've came to the conclusion that there are numorous techniques to reduce the amount of pain you can get while taking an hard, excruciatingly painful shit.
I'll describe them to you so you can put them on practice whenever you feel like it.
The one I use the most is named the ''Smooth Sailor'' it consists on forcing the poop out of your anus for 3 seconds, stopping it, pulling it back to the anus, smashing it between the buttcheek so it doesn't hurt as much coming out and then finally dropping the turd in the toilet.
The next one is called the ''Super Saiyan'', it's a very painful although effective technique, it's mostly used when you're making a really steaming, acid liquid diarrhea which hurts A LOT, it consists on making a frenetic pull/push with your anus in an attempt to first cool the acidic diarrhea, then holding it in for a few seconds and quickly dropping it all in the toilet.
This one, is in my opinion the less painful one when it comes to taking big fat turds, it's called ''The Thunderbolt'', it's pretty simple really, first you test the poop and its width by pushing it to the anus, if it hurts it's obviously big and so you put this technique on the move, you hold the poopoo in the anus for around 2-3 minutes and after that you push it regardless of wheter it hurts or not(it really doesn't if you do it hard, it'll just be an extremely bad but fleeting pain)
