Making test threads is not spam. Making 100 threads about irrelevant things are. Those tests are fun to some people at the very least. Do you really need an explanation on what spam is? Then fuck off from your 'job' as you clearly wouldn't be able to do it.

and i have not noticed anyone saying anything about the tests.

and the 100 tests is a hypothetical situation. it most probably wont happen. as 100 may irritate some people. but 15-20 tests wont make anyone give a single fuck. expect you it seems.

right now there are ~6-7 tests, i didnt count them, and you want people to stop. you are the first to complain and you make restrictions already.
