Heh, lack of prescribed emotions was one of the reasons I posted that and it's fairly interesting that our resident empath was the first to bring it up.
Furthermore, I'd say that excitement is rather similar to glee, satisfaction can be described as sudden rush of dopamine (which is known to occur more often in the brains of a psychopath) and relief... I believe anyone can get back to the normal mood after unexpected stress, etc. Also, I doubt that it counts as an emotion :-/
Anyway, that article seems to be written by a rather biased empath. The vampire analogy helps to understand his/her point of view. Nevertheless, that characteristic matches psychopath emotions, just not all are presented.
