You don't need to tell them; if you are okay with that, just act like that.

Demonstrate it, but without too much effort, understand? Be natural. This is what they mostly want. They are people just like you, nothing less nothing more that for sure don't like to be considered as different, and thence they usually don't want you to behave like you're sorry for them or whatnot.

Ok, even without the label, say accept them as different from others, which he/she knows I can tell, makes the ambiance weird, like an elephant in the room, then what?

I'm not really sure what you mean here. Most sociopaths know how to blend in well. If they're sticking out like a sore thumb, then maybe they're not a sociopath?

Actually, I'm the only one who can tell, he blends in well, smooth mask, I find his mind games on others entertaining, not on me of course, so I thought, why not tell him I'm cool with his ways? 

Why would you need to label them to begin with?

Why not just accept them as they are, regardless of whatever you think they are.

If you're cool with the way he plays around, and you believe you' re smarter than others, why don't you play him as well? If you know how to do it, obviously. He might enjoy it. Or he might not.

Just saying.

I did, hehe, some things he liked, some he despised, I think it is for our sanity better to tell him so that we can move on without the weird feeling and the urge to play on each other... this thing is contagious!
