Not as uncommon as one might think. It's not just that the innocence is being destroyed, it's that it's being tainted by that other person in the directions they desire to do so.

There is something appealing about corrupting an innocent person.

As for the child question, not into that. Strength takes experience and independence, something a child is likely to lack. She looks weak.

Hmmm. Turncoat, you say the most interesting things and I can get behind this concept completely, EXCEPT when it comes to a child. I'm not attracted to children at all. I see you edited your post so I won't ask you what I was going to. ;) 

The first edit was because I noticed that I never answered the topic's question. The second edit was because the post was somewhat unclear, as the order of phrases made the post make less sense.

I edit most of my posts for the second reason. Hell I've edited this one at least four times now.
