See where the dog's shoulder is touching Jen's left buttcheek? That shading is totally unnatural. Now that I'm looking for it, the right buttcheek looks wrong too.
Look at the lighting. The left butt-cheek should have shadow and there's no light in the room to account for the shadow caused by her her hair on her forehead.
