I am not pitying you. I am empathizing with the pain you are feeling. 

I do that. 

I have felt pain before, I have felt depressed and suicidal and I know it sucks. Pity is for someone has a negative connotation in my opinion. Pity is for someone weak. I am not calling you weak.
