I suggest starting a journal.

I'm having trouble distinguishing between the two these days. I mean when you are really young and the brain is not fully developed memories are storied in a weird way, and past dreams you have a vague but similar tone to them. 

They almost feel like they don't belong to me, I'm pretty sure that points to the dream aspect of it or perhaps they are memories that have been distorted over time.
