That's not a bad point. Most of our black market guns do indeed arrive by boat from SE Asia. You can definitely smuggle small weapons in through the airports - I've had switchblades and drugs smuggled in through Sydney International. Their security is atrocious. They never have sniffer dogs and if you declare that the metal in your bag is an "antique knife, a family heirloom - I just got back from my father's funeral" they let you walk straight past without even opening the bag. Drugs are easy if they're in pill form anyway - you just top up a prescription bottle with your name on it, put it in a zip-lock plastic bag so that it looks legit and no one ever questions you. If they're not in pill form you have to carry them on your person but the last time I was searched (and I admit that I was sweating with fear) the detector wasn't even turned on. I've been searched maybe three times at that airport, and I have no idea how many times I've flown into or out of it.
Not sure that the Derringer would do much for the intimidation factor, however. I think that a lot of young Australians wouldn't know what a Derringer is and what it looks like.

In a pinch you could always use TK as a human shield. She probably won't die, of course - even a Bowie knife would be faced with formidable opposition from TK's protective flab - but you should be safe from prosecution provided that she doesn't know your real name.

She boasts that she somehow "manipulated" him into confessing that he abused her just days after she supposedly beat him to within an inch of her life and expects us to believe that the police wouldn't inquire about his own injuries).
It can be quite difficult to kill someone via stabs to the abdomen, believe it or not. Depending on how far you were from medical attention that might not be a successful way to take on a fat chick. I'd be aiming for the carotid artery if I were you.
It would. More interesting will be the outcome depending who kills the other. If you both agree to killing by the other and should one be caught it will make an amusing mess of the legal system. A first for Australia. One heck of a way to go down in history for both.
Not something I would choose as there are better ways to enjoy life but whatever works for you.

I've met people off the net a number of times in the past already. I have a pretty good track record as far as that's concerned. Mind you, those situations were different, though the potential risk of danger was still present, since they were pretty much all strangers to me.
