Yes and yes.Needed to go on and get a master's which I started but did not finish.
It was generally fun, did't like the people at one of my majors but otherwise it there was a lot of partying and general college crap.
Did a double major in Finance and Math, did't really have much say over what I majored in since otherwise my parents would cut my funding...Even though I had a close to full scholarship the extra money was nice.
Yes found a job
Yes I went to college and finished.
From what I can remember about college I liked it (I am not really old, I just honestly don't remember things of this nature). I mostly went to college because my parents were quite socially isolating and I lacked experiences with people in my age group. The only experiences I had with people were at school so college was quite liberating. I had trouble with the workload. I am the type of person that does very well if you give me all the materials to do well but I absolutely hate reading textbooks, taking my own notes...that was the not so enjoyable part.
I have a BA in French. And a geology minor.
Yes I have a job. Not involving one with French. I have used that less than a dozen times in my current career though perhaps maybe in the future if I move it will be of use.
Hello yes I am new here and generally I try to reply to posts occasionally or dish in on the banter and I had a question/questions for some of you,
Did any of you on here go to college and or finish?
Did any of you find the experience to be a "good one"
What major did you go for? and minor (if any)
Did you find a job?
Just a different question to try and spice up this forum
Thanks!
