So my name is MNPD, and I'm here to tell you how I operate.

First of all, I need you to know that I blame my mother for everything wrong with me, so all women are a threat and a punishment to men.
As a male narc, I see all women as parasites. They are cruel, manipulative, and "back stabbing" bitches- who want nothing more than to entrap you.
So I feel it is my duty to cut them down to size, and here's how...

Firstly: never let a woman feel she is good enough to be with you.
How you go about this is by appointing a woman or two, that you don't mind putting on a pedestal. Heh... for now. You know; the kind that might intimidate her without your input as is- then let her know she will never stack up next to her/ them. Let her know that she isn't as strong as the pedestal women. Nor is she as sexy, intelligent, or attractive.

This creates a war, or competitive issues between all the ladies, and guess what? We so want this!
As long as all the ladies are fighting each other and trying to win our approval, then they can't see who the real problem is. No worries if some of them do though, bro... They have egos too, so if any of them catch on- just  tell them how smart and strong they are. Make them feel as though they are the queen in your eyes. How can they resists?

Sure- you subconsciously despise and fear all of them. And it slips from time to time, when one of them disappoints you. But you got this. You know how to get them to want to please you anyway. Who doesn't want to rise to a challenge? What woman wants to be that crazy bitch who falls into the "typical woman" category?

But enough of that trip.
Now we'll get into the good shit. The shit that keeps your bread buttered, yes?
Cuz a good woman knows her place, and would never disgrace her man in public, nor would she care to neglect any of his needs. It will make her feel inferior if she falls short-  So you better train that bitch how to behave.

First: Make her dependent on you for her self esteem. Get her hooked on that idealization, so it becomes her drug of choice.
Then when she's good and hooked- take her down a few notches, yeah? Let her know she is not quite in the number one spot yet. So many improvements need to be made. Make her work for it. She will too. She'll do what ever it takes to be declared the queen at your side. Only... LOL , and this is the good shit...She never will!
She will never ever pass the test! Not ever!

And still, she will cling to you because you know why? She just can't believe you don't give a shit about her! In her mind- this just can't be possible. No way do you use women in order to punish them for making you fear or feel out of control. No way, do you play games so you can prop up your bottomless pit of an ego- with women who are uncertain of their value to begin with!

I don't really need to meet him. I already know him.  I have a few floating around already. :) 

My ex h, as soon as I realized he was all pomp, everything he said from that point made me laugh. As soon as I saw that everything was just his extreme insecurity and feelings of inadequacy, he lost all power over me and thusly his kids.

So he goes on these temper tantrums a few times a year, and I counter it and rip him to shreds. This is part of where I was going with the whole am I emasculating thread.

Seemingly strong men are attracted to me, try to control me, and then become very frustrated because I see through them. So I guess that is where I was questioning myself by thinking if I didn't come off as so strong, would i be more likely to avoid attracting men who become threatened and try to put me in my place.

I know that it is there insecurity,not mine. But I am wondering if i have a place in threatening them.

If you are in the habit of not only attracting but being attracted to- men like your husband, there is for sure, something wrong with you too- and it aint all strong will and fire, either. You are deluding yourself. Predators are attracted to prey. Period.  They go after the ones they know they can feed on. If you are someone who requires a lot of effort to control, they won't waste their time.  He would have never walked you down the aisle if you weren't giving him supply.

I'll be writing it tonight. It's something I really enjoy breaking down in a humorous light, because the more I do it that way, the harder it is for those types of people to get under my skin. They seem more like a joke or piteous.

So we all know that women everywhere were told the entire time they were growing up- what the only thing guys will want them for, right?

That's right! Their bodies. The message therefor; is that the only thing of value when it comes to being chosen as a mate, is whatever their bodies look like. So that is always the target us narcs try to hit, if we don't know another trigger to go with.
You feel me right? You're too self absorbed in the beginning to pay attention to her, so you can figure out where her real insecurities lie- so just go for what is usually a sure thing about 95% of the time. But you don't want to be an obvious asshole do you? Hell no!

You need to keep your abuse hard to call out, you know? So choose some celebrity female or even some non-existent woman- as your 'woman with the perfect figure', and make it known that only that body type could ever get the blue ribbon in your book. If she's at all smart enough- she won't complain out loud because that will make her seem weak and insecure... and the kind of women we like to target, are usually women with something to prove. They are usually the types who want you to believe they are just one of the guys. They don't get along with other females, only because they don't think like those weak ass women!

They work hard and play harder, yeah? Borderlines are great for this- because they don't know who the fuck they are deep down anyway! Those bitches change identities like I change my impressive wardrobe every other month- so that I always look like I stepped out of a GQ mag.  So they will try to be whatever you need them to be. If you say you want a tough girl- they will be a tough girl. If you say you want a sensitive girl- they will be that. The higher we say jump...

Anyway. Once you've made it know what body type is perfect to you, (and of course, her's is not it even if it is), make sure you also make it known that so-n-so woman is the only real woman out there as well. Tell her that's why you can never settle, because no woman you've ever seen is as perfect as that out-of-reach, woman. I like to use my mother. LOL I know, I know- you're probably thinking, "Gross Bro! You want to fuck your mother?!" But it aint like that. Women want you to adore your mother and hold her in high esteem. It aint about sex guys. I tell them that my mother is the strongest, smartest, and most classy woman I know, who has ruined me for all these other lesser women for life! I also sometimes use some woman from the past. OHHH they hate that! But they will still try to compete with this other cunt's ghost anyhow! Even though the truth is-[ you secretly hated that fucking whore also.

Now- I'm only talking about the women we plan on turning into our regular victim, just fyi. Because there are other women out there that fulfill another role for us. Back to the pedestal women, yeah? They are the sluts of the world, who don't give a fuck what role society has cut out for them- they want to feed on everything in sight... just like you in a way. We like these kind for one thing only. They are what I like to call- 'The Holy Whore'. And I will go into the role these women play in our lives- in the post to follow.
