Actually, yes, in this country, you are legally obliged to report someone for welfare fraud (and possession of child pornography, of course, though I'm not sure that that accusation is true, and I'm also not sure that Reaper is actually committing fraud. She's desperate to convince us that she's committing fraud, but as long as her brat is still living under her roof, she's not. And cheating the welfare system isn't even worthy of a prison sentence here. Reaper's not exactly a hardcore career criminal).

Either way, it's not showing on there, so I seriously doubt there is much of "God's work" getting done, lol.
