Almost went for Percy Rose instead, but I figured his dramatics weren't enough for a vote. He protects himself entirely with scarring information attached to a dead man's switch rigged to his heartbeat. He uses that to be a complete bastard, and it's glorious. It's effectively a lesser variant of immortality achieved through a highly rigged Batman Gambit. It sets the stage for a lot of backstabbing and forcibly silenced motivations.
Another case of good villain bad show. It was definitely enough for me to fall in love with the concept of a dead man's switch anyway.
