Burgers, chips and that stuff... urgh, seriously? It doesn't even taste like food.

Sure, you can probably make a decent burger yourself, but McDonald's crap is.. well crap.

The only fast foods I can stand is dürüm and a really well made pizza. Well, some Thai stuff can be quite decent as well.

I like popcorn as a salty snack, that's about it.

.....GET A BLENDER

GET 2 ULTIMATE DOUBLE WHOPPERS

PUT IT IN A BLENDER

THEN FILL THE REST WITH WATER FOR LUBRICATION THEN BLEND IT ALL AND IT'S A DELICIOUS BURGER SOUP/STEW

you seriously need to come to australia

the burgers from mcdonalds and hungry jacks look roughly 90% like the advets and it's very tasty too..

while the usa counterpart looks like some horrible squashed rotton thing

Does any one know why the meat in a burger from America tastes so different to the meat in an Australian burger. Could it be on of the following:

1) Most US Beef is grain fed whereas Australian Beef is grass fed.
2) American Burgers have a higher fat content. I think I recall reading that may US Burgers use chuck steak - which we in Australia would typically only use for slow cooking (eg stews and curries etc).
3) The fact that American burgers are often char grilled, whereas Australian burgers are often just cooked on a normal grill.

I suspect that number 1 above has the biggest influence, but I can't find anywhere is Sydney that has affordable grain feed mince for me to test this theory.

No one care's about you no'r what you do poo. Your a woman hating assburger.

Now that's a new low if i've ever seen one.  If you're a braindead offspring of a retarded lobotomised baboon, then at least memorise the golden rule: when in doubt, less is more  when it comes to apostrophes.  But even better, get the fuck off of the internet and hang yourself in the closet. Dumbfuck.

I'm a sucker for the carbs - but I try to make them whole grain...but fuck it.

favorite is penne or ziti shaped pasta with a nice alfredo sauce (there's a million ways to botch alfredo I tell ya)...nothing too watery, nothing too garlicy. Perfection I'm afraid my lackluster cooking skills will never master.

I have never eaten at McDonald's in USA since I am in Europe. But kids here love that crap here anyway, food addicts. And yea, how fatty the burger meat can be is regulated here so it's not the same as in USA. Still, yuck.

Nothing wrong with pasta. The paleo hype is just a hype. Carbs are good. Don't buy into the propaganda.

The damn problem with carbs is you can go overboard with the tastiness quickly...that is the problem with carbs. Fuck paleo!
