My power would be superhuman pimping. I would rob the bank by pimping out the tellers, and they would hand over all their money to me while cowering in fear of a backhand. My weakness is that while I use my superpower, I transform into this guy and stay stuck looking like him for an entire day.

That sounds more annoying than problematic, as the invisibility would still be in effect. It's likely that they'd just think they were hearing things as opposed to suspect an invisible assailant.

...I could see myself having that problem with that power even if that wasn't listed as a weakness of it. I guess approaching strangers compulsively about it would get awkward.

Just hungry, or is the metabolism ramped up like The Flash's case in Justice League?

This one seems like the most crippling one.

Surprised you didn't go with the "but you have no control over it, always being stuck using your full strength" sort of angle. Slippery hands could be overcome here by just having a patsy carry the bags.


I'd pick the telepathy one since it allows the greatest deal of pre-preperation and plenty of uses once the heist is done. I could use that angle to appear to know everything using the telepathy as a form of proof, since knowledge is power and enough people know to fear someone who has too much of it. I could even gauge which employees are likely thinking about quitting or betraying the company and use them both as coercible resources and scapegoats. I could also collect their personal secrets to have tons of blackmail potential, turning the compulsion to tell them about it into a form of intimidation.

With that power I could pick out every detail I'd need from the heads of the employees themselves and hire others to do the work for me with the intel I've gathered, using the telepathy to gauge their loyalty. By not being present during the heist itself, I'd be that much safer and less prone to having the mind reading element play into distracting or incriminating myself.

More than likely with that power though I'd just make cash through blackmail as opposed to something as gritty as robbery. Them handing me their hard earned cash of their own free will strikes me as less of a problem, and almost everyone has something they don't want others to know.

These guys in my city rented out the office space above a bank, and after hours, they drilled down into the vault.

They triggered the alarm and when confronted, or backed into a corner, although they were fully armed, they surrendered.

So... I think the ultimate robbery...

I'd probably blow up a hydro station to induce a black out that outlasted batteries in an alarm system. You know... mis-direction.

While chaos insued... I'd drill down into the vault... and presto... make my get away...

Either that, or I'd start learning more about pulse electromagnetic weapons, and zap all the electronics on the block, and then break into the vault.

I have a feeling that pulse weapons are way too complicated though. You never know.

Anyways... I am happy living with little to no money.

But seriously? I'd probably just score a job as a security consultant and learn all the ways to hack a security system. Really, that's probably the easiest route...

I'd like to rob a bank one day and I've given a lot of thought as to how I would do it.

First thing I'd do is organize a team of trusted individuals (trusted as far as our safety nets allow anyway) because I wouldn't be able to pull this off alone.

Before any action is taken, we'll scout the bank both inside and out. Check where the security cameras are located, watch how many people go in and out of the bank at specific times of the day, see how often cops drive around in that area the bank is situated in and, if possible, get blueprints of the bank itself. I'm sure there are other things we'll be watching for before the day of the bank robbery as well, but these are the basics for now.

I'd have a get away driver near the back entrance of the bank and I would have two armed men in the bank with me. We'll be armed with assault rifles and dressed in full body armor. Another member of my team will set up a decoy.

He will place a bomb in a large building several blocks away and explode it a few minutes before we rob the bank. This will act as a decoy and draw a lot of attention from the cops. Then, while they're preoccupied with the explosion, the rest of us will walk in and rob the bank. It'll be fast and efficient. We'll kill all of the hostages except one as soon as we have what we want. We'll take one hostage with us when we leave to ensure that we have a greater chance of getting away without being killed in the process.

When I can, I will kill all of my team members and the hostage we took with us. It'll be perfect.
