I was talking about the Leonard Cohen song Hallelujah.
Manson is a megalomaniac who had aspirations of greatness and hung out with musicians and performed music. He seems similar to a lot of deranged cult leaders.
He is where he belongs.
He grew up in the institutions in and out of juvenile prisons.
He spent a lot of time on a ranch, away from civilization, with a group of young women.
He ate plants off the side of the road. One of his buddies -> http://www.cielodrive.com/updates/?p=891 (Belladonna)
He believed in things like natural child birth, and kumbaya...
I just finished reading the women on the ranch, were dumpster divers, and traded store clerks sexual favors for food...
They were hardcore hippies... he makes a remarkable amount of sense, however it is clear as day that during trials and interviews he was "liqui-brains"... very fluid in thinking...
Now I am going to go conspiracy theory. Lets say they were all eating too many plants off the side of the road. Well, eventually conversations of murder start popping up. Did Manson kill anyone? No... Was he a part of it? Yes... Is he clearly the most charismatic of the bunch, and prone to step into the limelight yes.
So I wonder, did the "Manson Family" officially get it's name the "Manson Family" before or after the trials.
That is really horrible.
