It's more of a necessity when they aren't quite making the cut yet. It's closer to being picky about quality. Once able to be above a certain line, I barely even have to do anything other than coax them to go further.

I honestly worry about that since I could see facial marks being an occupational hazard, and not being as capable of making money strikes me as... bad. The result of being "better off" without marks there has sadly made it into minor fantasy fuel.
