I'm sensitive but I'm not quite that sensitive, not upset at all. ;) If I weren't myself and didn't experience things as I do I'd have a similar view. But I will say that I don't enjoy it and I certainly don't tell people that know me in person.

Am I an empath? Yes, I believe I am but there are factors for this. My personality type is INFJ and I am also HSP. 

I don't view it in the same New Age/psychic/healing way but I do believe there is some untapped potential I could be harnessing.

Never understood what empath/hsp means, we've had a gay guy claim he was one back in the old forum. You however are really bad at sensing/feeling other people's vibes (or whatever the hell they're called) ana. Maybe it's just online, and you're doing better in real life.

You can't be serious, did you even read the article? I am condescending there because they talk about shit like feeling the emotions your food felt before dying, belly weight, and chakra-induced back pains as if they were all connected to this spirit-link.

For the forum bit, I mean come on, they are inches away from being this (they even both talk about energy vampires).

I'm sorry, but Ana, being an Empath doesn't grant you access to special powers. Last time I checked, this isn't Harry Potter, D20, Magic the Gathering, Lord of the Rings, Sword of Truth, or anything fantastical like that, it's boring ol' real life where every "magical realism" has a disappointingly realistic answer if you dig deeply enough. "Untapped potential" as you call it I'd argue is wishful thinking.

You guys are so literal with this. I specifically said I don't believe there is magic or healing involved. The untapped potential I'm referring to means in a career capacity like working in HR. (Not that I want to work in HR but this is an example because intuition is very helpful there.) It's just basic, not fanatical. Not every Muslin wants to wage a jihad. 

As far as Ed, anyone here can see I get to you so insulting me only makes you look even more silly. :)

Also, come on, even you as a member of "Team Empath" have to see how those on that Empath Forum look silly.

I am tapping that and transitioning from my current job to my own venture. That's probably not a surprise though considering how many times I've mentioned wanting my own site in the past. But it has nothing to do with crystals or phases of the moon lol. 

Of course I find the extreme side of this silly. That's why I said I don't believe in healing/magic/blah blah.
