I empathize towards your current state because I too suffer from depression, but excerising regularly has actually reduced many of my symptoms. I constantly run and now if I persevere I can actually obtain a runner's high. I mean it is going to be tough for you to get the motivation to get up since it seems that is the last thing people with depression want to do but if you begin exercising you won't regret it.
