I assume you're referring to M.E's blog? I don't normally comment on that blog, so I really have no idea. I have commented on it in the past though, a long time ago, and the comments used to appear as soon as they were posted, but maybe M.E. has changed it since then so that comments have to be approved now?
she's a delusional narcissist like you and has her own fantasy world of what a sociopath is and she is also a female so she lacks logic and continues to loop in her fantasy and then have emotional tantrums at anyone who claims she is wrong so she could have an approval system so she only approves comments she likes
