How do you handle it?

 As a man, I'd definitely lose my temper, go there and beat the other guy. Afterwards I'll have a serious talk with my wife/mother of my kids trying to get to the root of our problems, see if it's worth trying to solve them or not.

As a woman...hmm. Continue the meal with my mother, maybe making it shorter, go home and wait for the man and then have a serious talk with him about our issues, see if it's worth trying to solve them or not. I'll definitely get a job and try to be more independant since the dude might not be very reliable.

I've never loved anyone, so I can't imagine how I would feel in that situation if I did. Though I have been in numerous relationships and, rather than love the person I dated, I felt more of a sense of ownership over them. They were my property.

If the man I'm dating kissed anyone else, it would likely anger me because I would not only consider it a sign of disrespect, I would also be concerned that I'm about to lose my 'meal ticket'.

I would confront both of them and ask them what's going on. I would be very calm and casual about it though so as not to make a scene.

Hmm, I've seen self-hate and insecurity before, but this is the first time I witness the "making up quotes by me that tell you negative things you think about yourself" kind of self-hate and insecurity. I'm sure once you make some real friends and finish puberty, you'll be able to get a treatment for that. Good luck and I hope you'll have mental health soon :)
