I guess the term Sporn as I knew it is officially antiquated.
They seriously had to ban users who made these since their game sent their creatures onto the public servers for others to... interact with. A lot of younger players were stuck interacting with them.
What inevitably happens anywhere when people are given enough freedom with their ability to create. It always happens in places where they know people will see their work, and it only got worse once trolls saw that it was enough to force an admin's hand.
I saw an entire campus of snow penises erected out of the ground for the same reason.
