I am making this thread special for you, since you seem to need positive words and encouragements out of all the girls here the most, and as an encouragement that you can do it, you can become a functional adult who can take care of herself and integrate with other people, I beleive that everyone has hope, even you! <3 I hope the poem I wrote below will help you forget about what your mean violent ex'es did to you for so many years and be a stone on your road towards becoming a mentally healthy, self-confident, and strong person <3
It's not your fault that they spat on you and kicked you around like an useless punching bag, and neither that they put you down and ignored you in every way, they just couldn't appreciate you asking them if they need tissues when they were fucking other girls in your bed, or your letting them beat you to release their own stress, you're just the victim of an abusive dysfunctional home, and everything will get better once you get help <3
