Yeah, Sixx, really. I never said you were the only one he messed with, Ana. However I have more than a few people in mind who wouldn't have fallen prey to that sort of thing.

Difference between us with Luna is that I only speak up my mind about her when necessary and with a purpose in mind, while you do it out of some female grudge. More than once in chat I've seen you mention her and mock her out of the blue. Not recently, I admit, but it has happened after my "scathing thread".

And you're missing the point. Vote gave their opinion about you, and I disagreed with it. I never claimed to be perfect myself, or said Ana is this and this, as opposed to me. I never saw myself as a white knight around here. I'm sure it's no secret I am a passionate individual and don't hide how I feel about things. There's no projection going on in my post.

Of course this place would suck the moment anyone would be put in any sort of charge. I thought we were only discussing this for fun. If anyone wants there to exist any sort of power imbalance / leadership position in SC, that's not me.

Person most likely to do nothing would be my choice for best leader too.

This site needs someone to run it who is not easily offended or threatened, who won't become emotionally invested, who won't be lazy, and who also knows the technical side. It could stay unmoderated and operate more smoothly. I don't know everyone here well enough to say for sure, but I think Cain fits this pretty well.

The correct changes to this forum could make it grow large enough to necessitate worry about improvements.

What!? That's absurd, rules would kill this place. Even the threat of possible rules scares some people, and I am on that list of fearful types. I'd only bother with such a thing if a precedent had to be set, and even then it'd just be to stop confusion over what users can/can't do. I usually question where "the line" is when banning becomes a topic, as once someone is banned over something it sets the bar somewhere that might otherwise remain unclear and become a repeated offense by others if not properly identified.

The old forum was more freeing, and that's how I'd prefer the place's politics to resemble. Rules make people become reflections of them, while a lack of them lets people be themselves. I've been to other forums, and while rules sometimes made for more focused discussions, it also made for less variety, depth, and character. Hypothetically as a mod I'd aim to change as little as possible, since moderation ought to be a last resort.

I can't really gauge how many things he might do on a whim, but it'd be an interesting choice.

I second that. We don't need someone's inner politics changing how others operate. I'd only take the mod position in hopes that it'd make sure other potential mods wouldn't become a risk.
