I am somewhat conscientious. At times I don't care enough to put amy effort 

I tend to score on the lower side too. I do try at times however 

I will have to share WW2's point of view.

If I'm interested in helping a person, or a group of people then I will go out of my way to make the desired outcome happen.

As to my personal interests relating to my systematizing obsessions, I will remove every obstacle in my way that obscures my goals.

That doesn't mean I will try to be unfair/dishonest in my pursuits. It's only when the obstacles should rather be walked around, than overtaken right ahead.

i am only Conscientious towards things that interest me.

 And towards work. (Well, i like to keep the two things together.)  There's no point in doing things sloppily, better don't do them at all. 

For the rest, i'm of a minimum effort approach.
