I've got a social project for you...
Instead of those pathetic, "I lost my cat, can you help me find, offering reward" signs that people post in the neighbourhoods, how about this?
"I have your cat and if you ever want to see them released into the neighborhood alive again, then you had best send 2,000.00 to [email protected] "

How do you expect us to tell you what we would like to see accomplished when we don't even know what it is that you're doing.
You've mentioned that it's a social experiment. That's quite vague. Could you at least tell us what you hope to achieve from it?

As a quasi-preposition from c.1300, on model of French and Latin cognates. From late 14c. as "rescued, delivered; protected; left alive, unkilled." Meaning "not exposed to danger" (of places) is attested from late 14c.; of actions, etc., "free from risk," first recorded 1580s. Meaning "sure, reliable, not a danger" is from c.1600. Sense of "conservative, cautious" is from 1823. Paired alliteratively with sound (adj.) from late 14c. The noun safe-conduct (late 13c.) is from Old French sauf-conduit (13c.).
I'm guessing it is something we have come to learn is possible outside of a lock and key...
Okay...
Manipulate their thoughts.
- Make them oppose their own beliefs. For example; If they have a belief in God, turn them against religion so that they lose their faith.
- Exploit their weaknesses and make them think they have a mental illness or personality disorder they didn't formerly have.
I can't think of anything else at the moment because I'm still not sure what it is you're hoping to achieve.
