I dunno, sunflower seeds are pure heaven.
The only thing that chokes my heart is the skin from a chicken or the gristle from a steak. That is some serious trans fat...
It boils down to this... there is hydrolyzed fat, which is processed and that is the nasty stuff.
There is the saturated which is okay, at room temperature it's a liquid.
There is the transfat, and at room temperature it is a solid, and it clogs the system up.
If you ask me, hydrolized fats combined with trans fats are the killers.
You ever seen this? What a load of shit eh? That is the artery of a fat fuck.
