Chat problem when refreshing?

Does anyone else have the same problem I'm having? When I refresh the page or click a thread the page and topics load fine, but chat remains blank including my PMs. I end up having to refresh continuously until it comes up.

Normally I'd say chat went down, but there is no message stating it's unavailable or offline and it's been happening randomly for the past few days. It just wasn't bad enough to say anything until now.

When I logged in today and clicked my first few posts it was there, but then it went out shortly after that. Hasn't come back since.

I have chat refreshing problems as well.

Kinda minor. It gets fixed if I refresh the page.
