I have both clinical definitions and dont agree with just one or even several. Is there a term that describes both?

 Perhaps when you acquire a degree in psychology, and therefore have some excuse to not look like the common fool, you can make assertions about whether or not you agree with a widely agreed upon definition. Until then, I suggest you stick to Whoameye's definition.
