Whenever I have a client who's really gotten up there in years, who contently declares, "I've had a really good life." I get far more curious to hear their story than the ones who have lost all joy and meaning to their life. I want to know how. Want to know if it started that way. And when you listen to their stories, you just know that it did. I like to be around that kind of energy because it's inspiring. They smile more, seem more at ease than the rest, and I want the second half of my life to be something that brings me to say- at 80 years old: I've had a good life.
So what makes a good life? What is your list? What will you do to make sure you do?
