I question where the line ought to be drawn. If he's banned for this, that declares something as against a set of rules. If others get away with what he does, then it's shows that he was banned "For being Dex" as opposed to an established code.

Dexter isn't the hero we want, but he's the hero we deserve.

i cant think of anyone who spams as dependably and consistently as dex though

anyway, the council of elders have spoken. who are we to question their decision?

I mean I'm not against the decision, I just question what might happen in response to it, or what other future actions might come from it.

I think banning goes against the moderation- free spirit of this place. Just block him.

I don't care anymore. Being nice to him freaks him out and in turn works much better than a militant approach.
