Hi! :) ok, so I was just reading a few weeks ago about visual learning and photographic/semi photographic memory In a psycology article..but anyways..apparently, they originally thought sociopaths and psychopaths were a disorder of their own. But now psychologists in Britain and Europe are looking at how visual memory affects mental disorders such as these because they think sociopaths rely on eidetic memory or photographic memory to be able to recall things..The problem is, Visual learners do so as well.. However there are two different types of visual learners...a) Visual -thinkers or those Wh can recal perfect words but not pictures or b) visual-spatial: those that use eidetic memory to perfectly recall a picture of what happened at a certain day, time, ect..so my question is: because both visual learners and sociopaths have superior learning ability..do you think there is a slight relation between the two ? (Think Sherlock Holmes.. :).....) I mean I am a visual learner with a photographic memory (eidetic) and the only issues I had in school, were math. Also, as I got older I found it harder to read more difficult books, usually textbooks, because visual learners can't concentrate for that long.
