I think that you would enjoy the works of Ayn Rand. She also thinks humanity is sick, the disease being collectivism.

If you like fiction, I recommend Atlas Shrugged, but it is like 900 pages(it is really good, though!). Non-fiction, you could try The Virtue of Selfishness. She has a lot of haters, but don't listen to them. Many of them are ignorant scrubs who haven't even read her.

You appear quite idealistic. The need to distinguish and dismiss others, (in this case most humans) is a common sign of someone experiencing deep feelings of insecurity. You are projecting your version of what it means to "do something" onto others. I suspect underneath the bravado, you feel very frightened and unsure. 

I was curious of Luna's answers specifically, since she isn't the usual mind.

From others here the answers are a bit more expected (myself included).

As for your answer on following one's dreams (for the sake of discussion), the dreams you followed must have been somewhat realistic to be accomplished. Some dreams aren't possible or are greatly limited simply from other factors, such as the limits of the era (existing technology for example), limits as to what resources are in their reach (typically related to wealth), and limits as to what is possible in the first place (I could spend my whole life pursuing the dream of learning telekinesis, but accomplish nothing).

I believe that even though I'm only myself.... my consciousness... the non-machine part of me comes from a higher consciousness from which we all exist. In this way, we are all one, and perhaps when we die, we go back to the higher consciousness, and maybe are even born again. Science hasn't said much, but after considering all I can about science, this is the conclusion I've come to. The physical realm isn't all there is to it. We know this because the universe has rules. Unchanging variables. As a programmer, I find the way the universe opperates to be very disturbingly similar to a way a program might opperate. For this reason, I believe it's consciousness that is real, and the Universe is a product of it.

Anyway, I believe that by helping the entire Human race to move foward as a species, I'm also helping my future selves. I mean... let's consider if I was born a Chinese... I would not want to stay in that country, but in today's society, what option do they have? Well, 200 years from now, perhaps they could choose to get a loan from Luna Corp, buy a very user friendly spaceship manufactured on the moon that runs on android, and go mine asteroids near juptier. This would be an option to them. This could be an option for anyone wanting a new start, or to leave Earth.

There is far more than that. If Humanity spreads throughout the stars, we would live in a much better societiy than we exist in today.

I don't know... the short answer is. I believe I am a part of all life, and I believe I always will be, and so the contributions we make to Humanity today will reward our future selves in the future. 

She definitely needs to work on her S.M.A.R.T Goals and should also consider not using this forum whilst under the influence, otherwise that ^ happens.

It's not unrealistic to go to the moon and build a base on it. It's possible. Humanity has the resources, Humanity has the skills. We just need someone willing to commit said resources and skills.

Of course most humans are cowards. Being a coward usually leads to you surving. Being brave usually leads to death.

Evolution = Surviving in your environment and procreating.

Brave sociopath = Fucks a bunch of cunts and dives into fights and gets killed.

Coward = Hides behind rocks, survives longer and rapes hundreds of weak people thus spawns more cowardly rapist cunts.

Makes sense that most humans are cowards. It leads you to surviving and likely procreating.

 Brave sociopath? Cowardly empath that rapes weak people? Are you for real, pal...If this isn't a joke I can't even begin to comment on how childish and stupid this is.

Also, recklessness isn't always bravery and caution isn't always cowardice.

Don't bother with Ayn Rand, Luna. You are probably too busy right now to even bother with philosophy at all, but if you ever feel the need to study it, start with Nietzsche and read the occasional pre-Nietzschean "philosophers" (it's in quotation marks, because the vast majority of them were all nothing but charlatans). Philosophy proper begins with Nietzsche and if you want to have any chances of understanding the past, you must read him.
