A note on calories.
100 cal of chocolate and 100 cal of broccoli have the exact same calorific value.
One will improve health, the other detrimental.
Health isn't a mathematical problem lol.
Do you think fred and wilma flintstone worried about basal metabolic rate and the like? Lol no.
Eat fresh foods, nuts, lean cuts of mean, eggs, live yogurt, fresh berries, green leafy veggies, fresh clean water etc and you'll be just fine.
Also. Eating for two whilst pregnant is a complete fallacy.
