Although this is a troll thread, I'll answer as though it isn't.
Nothing Ted Bundy said can be considered true, he would often lie on camera to make the public more sympathetic towards him. This can be evidenced in his final interview, when he famously was [quite] obviously trying to sway the interviewer to get him on his side. He would say anything to get people to believe he was innocent.
As for are sociopaths good people? Without delving into what is considered good or bad: There are good sociopaths and evil sociopaths, relative to societal expectations. Sociopaths aren't inherently evil (relative to social expectations) and only people who do not know much about them believe that.
Do sociopaths get lonely in the traditional sense? From my experience, no. Sociopaths do not seek traditional companionship and do not experience anything to do with a loss of this companionship, other than damage to their ego, depending on what happened.
